Questions

How does the free trial work?

Run the install command on your server and type T at the licence question. You get every feature for 14 days, with no card needed. One trial per server and per email address.

What is a licence for?

One server. The licence is tied to the server’s IP address; you can move it to a new IP from Your licences.

Can I change plan later?

Yes. Add or remove panels and modules, or change the number of hosting accounts, from Your licences at any time. Upgrades start at once and you pay the difference for the rest of the month; downgrades start when the paid month ends. Your licence key stays the same and the server picks the change up by itself.

What happens to my data when I remove a module?

Nothing is deleted. The module’s screens are hidden until you add it again.

What happens if a payment fails?

We retry, and you have a grace period. If the licence does end, the panel locks until it is renewed — but websites, email and DNS on the server keep running.

How do I pay?

By card, monthly. Invoices are emailed and are always in Your licences.
