The basics of using HostFog hosting.
Your account
Keep your login safe and switch on two-factor login. You are responsible for what is stored and sent from your account.
Fair use
No spam, malware, illegal content or anything that harms other customers or the network. Accounts that put the server at risk may be paused while we sort it out together.
Payments
Plans are paid monthly in advance. Unpaid invoices lead to reminders and, after the due date has long passed, a pause of the websites until payment arrives. Nothing is deleted because of a late payment.
Backups
We back up every account nightly and test those backups, but please keep your own copy of anything important — you can download all your data at any time.
Cancelling
Cancel whenever you like from Billing in your Control Panel.
The software
The HostFog software is licensed, not sold. It is the property of HostFog Ltd and may only be used under the licence that comes with it; copying, modifying, reselling or redistributing it is not allowed.
